What is it?
FZY Israel Tour programmes, lasting approximately four weeks, enable our participants to really see Israel and experience its diversity, history, culture and relevance to them as young British Jews. From Tsfat to Eilat, Rosh Hanikra to Jerusalem, our participants travel the length and breadth of the country, experiencing the sights and feelings of Israel when enjoying activities such as swimming in the Kinneret, standing by the Western Wall, partying in Eilat and hiking round the beautiful waterfalls of the Galil.
FZY tours have an outstanding reputation. They are well organised and activities are extremely varied. All our tours are led by two madrichim (leaders) from Britain together with two madrichim from Israel, who must go through an extensive screening process and participate in training seminars both in Israel and in Britain.

Core Programme and Special Interest Week
FZY are excited to offer an innovative programme for Israel Tour 2013 with 7 amazing options. During the summer, all chanichim (participants) experience the same core programme with the friends in their FZY tour group, but split off for the 4-5 day Special Interest Week, which has been designed to enable participants to indulge in an in-depth Israel experience alongside participants from other FZY and Young Judaea tour groups.
We appreciate that each of our participants is unique, and so with our tailor-made programmes everyone will find something that suits, excites and stimulates them. A preference form for these Special Interest Week Options will be included. The full list on offer last year was: Tikkun Olam, Rafsodia (Raft Building), Gadna, Magen David Adom Course, Scuba Diving Course, Kibbutz Ketura and Sea-to-Sea Hike.

Places are limited so we urge you complete the on-line application form as soon as possible. The membership price is available to those who have been a part of FZY either through Machanot (camps) or Chavurot (weekly meetings).
Price includes: accommodation, all activities, madrichim, entrance fees, relevant private transportation, security, all meals, Special Interest Week Options.

Financial Assistance
FZY believes that no child should miss the opportunity to take part in one of our programmes due to financial circumstances. Confidential bursaries are available to help any participant who might otherwise be unable to attend.
To apply for a bursary please indicate so on the booking form. All requests are treated in the strictest confidence.
