For Tour 2012, FZY are excited to offer an exciting and innovative programme with a total of 9 Special Interest Week options! More information can be found in the brochure, but you can find a taste of what is on offer below.
What is it?
FZY Israel Tour programmes, lasting approximately four weeks, enable our participants to really see Israel and experience its diversity, history, culture and relevance to them as young British Jews. From Tsfat to Eilat, Rosh Hanikra to Jerusalem, our participants travel the length and breadth of the country, experiencing the sights and feelings of Israel when enjoying activities such as swimming in the Kinneret, standing by the Western Wall, partying in Eilat and hiking round the beautiful waterfalls of the Galil.
FZY tours have an outstanding reputation. They are well organised and activities are extremely varied. All our tours are led by two madrichim (leaders) from Britain together with two madrichim from Israel, who must go through an extensive screening process and participate in training seminars both in Israel and in Britain.

Core Programme and Special Interest Week (NEW FOR 2012)
At FZY we are excited to offer an innovative programme for Israel Tour 2012 with 9 amazing options. During the summer, all chanichim (participants) will experience the same core programme with the friends in their FZY tour group, but will split off for the 4-5 day Special Interest Week, which has been designed to enable participants to indulge in an in-depth Israel experience alongside participants from other FZY and Young Judaea tour groups.
We appreciate that each of our participants is unique, and so with our tailor-made programmes everyone will find something that suits, excites and stimulates them. A preference form for these Special Interest Week Options is included. The full list to choose from is: Tikkun Olam, Rafsodia & Watersports, Gadna, Shetach (Sea-to-Sea Hike), Scuba Diving Course, Performing Arts, Kibbutz Ketura, I Dig Israel, and Israel Advocacy & Leadership.

Cost: £2799 (members) / £2849 (non-members).
Apply by December 31st 2011 and pay £2669 (members)/£2749 (non-members)
Deposit: £500 (required with the application form, includes introductory process to Tour)
Price includes flights (Israel only), accommodation, tours, madrichim, food, entrance fees, local private transportation in Israel, coach driver’s tip, basic medical insurance and security, all meals, board, transport from main London meeting points to the airport.

Financial Assistance
FZY strives to ensure that no child should miss the opportunity to take part in one of our summer camps due to financial circumstances. Confidential bursaries are available to help any participant who might otherwise be unable to attend.
To apply for a bursary please indicate so on the booking form. All requests are treated in the strictest confidence.
