update- tues 24 june
Dear FZY Parents,
First and foremost, thank you for your continued patience, support, and understanding during what remains an incredibly challenging and uncertain time for our wider community.
Our thoughts are with the people of Israel, especially those directly affected by recent events. As the region navigates this complex period, we continue to hope for a future marked by peace, safety, and stability for all.
At FZY, our mission has always been to provide meaningful and transformative experiences for young people. Bringing participants to Israel is not just a programme, it is a vital part of who we are and what we stand for. It's a journey we are proud to offer each year.
Last night, President Trump announced a ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel. We are closely monitoring this development to assess whether it is upheld over time by both parties. The implementation of this ceasefire will be a significant factor in our decision-making process regarding the Israel Tour this summer.
We are committed to keeping you informed and will be in touch by the end of the day on Thursday with a final update on our plans for the summer. At the same time, we are continuing to develop and finalise backup options to ensure we are fully prepared should the advice from the Israeli authorities remain that it's not possible to run.
We sincerely appreciate the trust you place in us and your ongoing support. Moments like these remind us of the strength, resilience, and unity of our FZY community. We remain as dedicated as ever to creating a safe, meaningful, and inspiring summer experience for all our participants.
Thank you for your continued partnership and trust.
Kind Regards,
The FZY Team
