Update- Tues 17 june

Dear Israel Tour Families,

We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation in Israel and are sending our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to those in Israel. Our hope remains for a swift and peaceful resolution to the conflict and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the IDF, Magen David Adom and all of the emergency service providers in Israel.

The safety and security of our participants is, and always will be, our top priority. We are in constant communication with our trusted security partners on the ground in Israel, working diligently alongside our Tour Providers, UJIA Israel Experience and El Al to explore every possible option for this summer's programming.

We understand how challenging and uncertain this time is for you and your children, and we truly appreciate your continued support and patience.

Our primary goal is to deliver a safe and secure Israel Tour this summer. However, we are also actively preparing alternative plans in case travel to Israel becomes unfeasible. While we cannot yet guarantee that a suitable alternative will be possible, we are currently exploring several promising and exciting leads of programming outside of Europe. We will continue to communicate and be transparent with you over this time and we aim to provide a final update on the status of Israel Tour and potential backup options by the end of the day on 26th June.

Please be assured that we are continuing to work hard to protect the funds you’ve transferred to us, and in the event of a cancellation, we will do our utmost to recover as much as possible.

We remain committed to giving your children a safe, meaningful, and memorable summer experience, and we continue to hold Israel close in our hearts during these difficult times.
