Dear FZY Parents, 

Thank you for joining us at the Parent Information Evening last night. We understand that it was very short notice, and appreciate the time you put aside to learn more about the situation. If you were not able to join, you can find the recording of the call here. 

We thank you for your continued support and trust in these times, and look forward to working together with you to build a fun and meaningful summer for your children, wherever the location may be. We are striving to build high quality alternative programming should the FCDO guidance not change by Tuesday. 

You will be informed by the end of the day on Tuesday if Israel Tour is going ahead or if we are launching our alternate plans with full confidence. In the eventuality that we are running our alternate plans, you will then be sent a short form to indicate your preferences of location and friend choice, or given the chance to withdraw with a refund of the monies recouped. There will also be an informational call on the alternate programmes on Tuesday evening at 8pm so you are fully informed on your options, as we are always striving to be completely open and transparent with you. You will be sent the link to both the form and the call on Tuesday- please be notified that there will be a short deadline on this form, as we will have to go straight into the logistical planning of booking travel and other operations. This will only occur in the eventuality that the FCDO guidance does not change.
