Hadracha Aleph Leadership Programme
Hadracha Aleph will give Participants an opportunity to engage in youth movement leadership training whilst exploring their Jewish identity and Zionism.
Evaluation of the Hadracha Programme over many years has shown that many of the Participants go on to take central leadership roles in FZY and the British Jewish community and creates a lasting bond between the Participants with Judaism and Israel.

FZY Hadracha Aleph and the subsequent Hadracha Bet yearlong Programmes with an emphasis on leadership development. Participants will meet regularly within the local community with a weekend seminar within the UK bringing together Participants across the country on FZY’s Hadracha Aleph and Bet Programmes. The Programme will mainly consist of engaging informal educational activities and leadership training, but also may include, as examples, hikes, swimming, outdoor activities, and engaging informal educational activities. Specially trained Madrichim (Leaders) will ensure that the Participants are well looked after and have a meaningful experience. They will organise educational activities and share their enthusiasm and love for FZY and the values of the movement.
The participants will meet weekly at a location in North West London on a day and time specified upon sign up.
