Our Hadracha flagship leadership program is designed for sixth form age students to guide them on their journey from chanich (participant) to madrich (leader).

 

In weekly sessions, participants receive high-quality leadership training, deepen their love for Israel, Judaism, and social action, and enjoy many fun activities that provide a welcome break from the intensity of school.

 

This holistic approach prepares them to become the next generation of FZY Madrichim (leaders).
