This is a BRAND NEW FZY programme for our University Freshers – an exciting opportunity to stay involved in the FZY journey whilst you further your academic path. With well established social networks at universities across the UK, there has never been a better time to be part of the FZY bogrim (student) family!

With four main components, With four main components, this programme is packed with social perks, educational tools and leadership opportunities, a perfect chance for a fresh start.! Each session is highly interactive covering leadership in the FZY world and beyond. With increased anti-Semitism and protests on campus, FreshZY also provides first year students with the practical skills for Israel advocacy.

Whether you’ve been on Year Course or not, FreshZY is the programme for you.

Not only will you be part of the booming FZY social scene on your campus, but you will follow the footsteps of those who have inspired you to become the next generation of FZY leaders, and eventually be able to take FZY camp in the summer.

Bonus Features
Bogrim Seminar (Nov 2011) – The highlight of the bogrim year on the FZY calendar, this weekend get-away is sure to live up to its history! Uniting FZYniks from all the different university campuses, this is the big social weekend of the year and is not to be missed!

Leadership Seminar (March 2012) – This seminar will give all participants the tools to be successful informal educators and leaders, both for their lives within FZY and for the wider community.

Trip to Israel (April 2012) – Nitzotz is an Israeli adventure like no other. Open to all FZY bogrim, the 8 day holiday-of-a-lifetime is more than just basking in the Israel sun. Featuring hikes, volunteering, increased leadership skills as well as a free weekend with all your peers… this Nitzotz ticket certainly is a bonus!

Price: FREE *with a £50 registration fee

*This is a heavily subsidised price. Spaces are extremely limited.

The full subsidy of the programme is contingent on the participant attending the set number of sessions as directed in their initial ceremony in September, as well as both the weekend seminars.

There are bursaries available to those families who require financial assistance.

We would also be grateful if you are able to provide a greater donation towards the bursary fund.
