Mazkirut Passion: Chinuch (Education)
I am Currently studying History at the University of Birmingham, and have been involved in the movement for many years. This year my plans are to revitalize and redevelop education within FZY. Education needs to be relevant to the 21st century. I want to create ready-available resources for Madrichim both at Chavurot and Machane to be able to access all year round. I also plan to finish the Shiron Booklet and get it sponsored.

EytanUni: Birmingham
Mazkirut Passion: Aliyah
This year on the Mazkirut, I’ll be concentrating on FZY’s aim of Aliyah. I will focus on the creation of an FZY ‘Garin’ and the expansion of the ‘Olim’ database.
Having grown up in FZY, the movement has played a large part in my youth. After amazing experiences on camps, Tour, Hanhaga and Year Course, the next step was to apply (successfully) for the Mazkirut.
When not working on my Mazkirut role, I like to spend a little time on my Law with French degree at the University of Birmingham. Finally, I simply can’t wait to be a Madrich on Tour 2012!

This is my second year on the Mazkirut and I am very happy to be able to continue my “FZY journey” by leading Tour 2012 this summer.
The projects I am currently working on, with Simon Marks, are those involving Kedma. We are already starting to plan Tour 2012 Reunion and looking into other fun Hadracha projects!

Hi I’m Michael, I am an equestrian fanatic. For me my love of horses, with their beauty and majesty, comes second only to my love for FZY. I’m currently in my second year of University, studying Philosophy and Politics in Leeds.
I have been involved in the movement for several years, attending many FZY events including Veida and summer Machane. This summer, thankfuly, I will also be taking Tour.
For the Mazkirut I will be mainly focusing on creating an FZY ‘Garin’ and updating and expanding the Olim Database with Eytan.

DebsUni: Cambridge
Mazkirut Passion: Magen
Hi I’m Debs. I’m currently studying SPS at Cambridge and my favourite piece of music is Motzart’s Requiem of a Dream; favourite painting is ‘The Son Of Man’ by Magritte. Before University I was also a semi-pro croquet player.
I am a very keen FZYnik having been involved since Ofek 06’ and stood for the Mazkirut in order to make a difference in the movement. With the release of Gilad Shalit, our Magen campaign needs some reinvigoration and I will be taking on the responsibility of creating an FZY-relevant project that we can all get behind, though all the great Magen projects we already work on are also great!

Mazkirut Passion: Tzedakah
Hey I’m Nicola Levy and I’m studying Law at Birmingham. I was on Year Course 09/10 and have been involved with FZY since I was 14 starting at the Ein Gedi Chavura and doing almost everything since.
An interesting fact about me is that watermelon make me feel ill; its smells too sweet and is sticky and what is with those black seeds?
On the Mazkirut I’ve taken on the role of advancing Tzedakah projects, ensuring that all chanachim are educated about the EBBM fund and that our fundraising target is achieved through different methods, including selling t-shirts and wristbands. If you want to get involved of have any fundraising ideas just let me know…
